We develop hardware and operational tools in an integrated manner
We develop everything in-house, from the conversational robot hardware itself to the tools for configuring motions and the system for managing multiple units. When the need arises on-site to 'change this part,' adjustments can be made from either the hardware side or the tool side.
On-site staff can modify operations
Dialogue and task flows are configured in Roflow. Because no programming knowledge is required, on-site personnel can change operations directly. Information provided by the robot can also be updated later.
Manage multiple units and multiple locations together
With the Robot Management System (RMS) included in NUWA RaaS Suite, you can check robot status across locations, distribute settings, and update content in batches. From a pilot run with 1 unit to multi-location rollout, you can proceed using the same infrastructure.
Customizable to fit your workflows
Integration with existing systems is handled via API. If standard configurations are not sufficient, we also welcome consultations for contract development or OEM.
Tailored for operation at Japanese worksites
We provide configurations that divide roles between robots and human staff for various operations, such as reception, customer service, food serving, roll call, education, senior care, lodging, exhibitions, and public facility guidance. For details, please refer to the guides for each use case.
Differences from other companies' robots
Our key strength is the integrated in-house development of hardware, cloud, and AI. Because we develop the robot hardware, Roflow for building motions, and RMS for managing multiple units as an integrated solution, changes arising on-site can be reflected from either the hardware or the tool side, allowing operations to expand across more locations on the same platform. In addition to standard configurations, we support tailoring to on-site specifications through API integration and contract development, with all UI screens and customer support in Japanese. Tell us your on-site requirements, and we will guide you toward a configuration specifically tailored to your operations.
