Three Analytics Services We Use
We use the following three services together to understand how this website is used. Only Google Analytics uses cookies, and it runs only with your consent.
- Vercel Web Analytics: uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It needs no consent and is always active.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It needs no consent and is always active.
- Google Analytics 4: uses cookies. It runs only if you give consent in the bar at the bottom of the screen or under “Analytics settings” at the bottom of this page.
About Cookies
Cookies are small records that a website leaves on a visitor’s device. The only cookies this website sets are Google Analytics cookies, and only with your consent. We set no cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites. If you do not consent, you can still browse the site and contact us as usual.
Vercel Web Analytics
Page views are aggregated using Web Analytics from Vercel, the hosting infrastructure for this website. It does not use cookies or local device storage, nor does it track users across third-party websites.
The information recorded is as follows:
- Date and time of visit, and page URL
- Referrer (which website or search query you arrived from)
- Approximate location down to country and region
- Device type (PC, smartphone, tablet) and OS/browser type
To distinguish visitors, we use an identifier generated on the spot from incoming requests and discard it within 24 hours. We do not store IP addresses. Nor do we collect personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics so that visitors’ countries and regions are counted correctly, unaffected by the relay server in front of this website. It stores nothing on your device, such as cookies or localStorage, and does not identify individuals from IP addresses or browser information (according to Cloudflare’s official description).
Google Analytics 4 (Only With Your Consent)
Google Analytics 4 from Google is loaded only if you choose “Accept” in the bar at the bottom of the screen. Until you choose, and if you choose “Decline”, no Google script is loaded and nothing is sent to Google.
If you consent, the following two cookies are set. Both are kept for up to two years (according to Google’s official description).
- _ga: used to distinguish visitors
- _ga_(measurement ID): used to keep track of each visit (session)
What is recorded: the pages viewed, the referrer, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and an outline of your interactions on the page. Linking to Google accounts (Google signals) and ad personalization are turned off, and the data is not used for advertising.
Even after consenting, you can withdraw at any time under “Analytics settings” at the bottom of this page. When you withdraw, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted immediately and nothing more is sent. For how Google handles this information, please see Google’s policy.
How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
Information Collected and Stored by the AI Assistant
When you use the AI assistant, questions, answers, referenced official pages, processing time, and usage volume are used to verify response quality, prevent misuse, manage costs, and improve public information. IP addresses and in-browser session IDs are converted into separate identifiers for each purpose before handling.
Questions and answers are encrypted in storage managed by our company, and message contents are deleted after up to 180 days. A record of staff opening message contents is also retained. To the extent necessary for generating responses and safety verification, input content and published reference materials are sent to the AI service in use. On the AI service side, depending on contracts and settings, abuse monitoring logs may retain inputs and responses for up to 30 days. This is not considered zero retention. Please do not enter names, contact details, health information, or confidential information.
To allow you to continue the conversation in the same tab, recent conversations and a temporary session ID are stored in the browser's sessionStorage for up to 2 hours. They are deleted when you close the tab or select "New conversation". Only on test participants' devices, test unlock information may be stored in localStorage. These are never used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
If you submit feedback on the trial operation, your name, affiliation/company name, satisfaction rating, comments, and the relevant question and answer are encrypted and stored for up to 180 days. This form is not an inquiry desk and is not used for advertising.
Advertising and Third-Party Provision
This website does not display advertising, and we do not provide browsing history to advertisers. Only if you consent to Google Analytics is the browsing information described above sent to Google.
Information Collected via the Inquiry Form
Company names, personal names, contact information, and consultation details submitted via the inquiry form are used solely for replies and deployment consultations. Please see "Handling of Personal Information".
