A service robot that delivers information on the move

Collibot

Signage Model / Delivery Model

Collibot is available in two types: the Signage Model for guidance and information delivery, and the Delivery Model for meal delivery and transport.

Collibot is a service robot family featuring 2 purpose-specific types. The Signage Model delivers guidance, advertising, and information while moving through commercial facilities and hotels, while the Delivery Model transports food, tableware, and supplies in restaurants and facilities.

Key Features

01Signage Model

Multilingual customer service and guidance on the move

Equipped with 32-inch displays on both sides, the Signage Model provides multilingual guidance and customer attraction.

02Common to both models

Integration with business systems

Enterprise integration APIs allow either configuration to be incorporated into existing operational workflows.

03Delivery Model

Supports meal delivery and transport

The 3-tier tray Delivery Model autonomously transports dishes, tableware, and supplies, reducing staff trips back and forth.

Signage Model

Signage Model delivering guidance and information on the move

The 32-inch displays on both sides of the unit display facility guides, campaigns, menus, and more while on the move. In configurations combined with Kebbi, interactive dialogue and customer attraction can be layered onto the signage display. Display content and continuous operating time are confirmed based on configuration and operating conditions. Japan's digital signage market expanded to 274,000,000,000 yen in FY2024 (announced by Fuji Keizai in 2025). Stationary models deliver information where they are installed. In contrast, this model patrols the facility, bringing information directly to the flow of people.

No-code operations

Quickly update on-site tasks with Roflow

Even without programming experience, you can build workflows for guidance, speech, movement, and standby directly on the Roflow screen. The system is designed so that on-site staff can easily adapt to changes such as seasonal menus or in-facility events.

Delivery Model

Delivery model supporting food delivery, table clearing, and supply transport

Equipped with 3-tier trays, the delivery model handles the transport of food, tableware, and supplies in restaurants and hotels, reducing the round-trip workload for staff. Designed around trays with a 10 kg capacity per tier and approximately 10 hours of continuous operation, it is deployed after verifying aisle widths, flooring, and actual traffic flow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can it be used?
It can be used on flat indoor floor surfaces in restaurants, hotels, commercial facilities, and similar settings. The delivery model is suited for serving food, bussing tables, and transporting items, while the signage model is suited for reception, guidance, and displaying advertisements. We check aisle widths and traffic flow prior to deployment.
Can it navigate while avoiding obstacles?
In addition to LiDAR SLAM, it travels while sensing its surroundings using a combination of ultrasonic, IR, ToF, and obstacle detection sensors.
What are the unit dimensions?
The delivery model is 500 × 513 × 1,164 mm, and the signage model is 500 × 513 × 1,223 mm. To ensure safe operation, we verify on-site traffic flow using a minimum aisle width of 850 mm as a guideline. Please refer to the specification table on the same page for detailed dimensions.

What is the continuous operating time?
It varies by model. The delivery model operates for approximately 10 hours, the signage model for 4 to 8 hours, and charging takes approximately 4 hours for both. Operating time fluctuates depending on travel distance, payload, floor surface, and usage status of dialogue and display functions.

What is Roflow?
It is NUWA's cloud development tool that visually combines robot movement, speech, screen display, and more. Even without programming experience, you can configure service flows tailored to specific use cases.
Must it always be combined with Kebbi?
No. Both the delivery model and the signage model can be operated standalone. You can choose a configuration combined with Kebbi when you want to increase human interaction, such as attracting customers, presenting menus, or providing facility guidance.
Can it be made to speak specific lines?
Yes. You can configure the robot's lines within the corresponding service flow to match guidance content for your store or facility.
How is map setup performed?
Using map creation and management functions, you configure navigation areas, destinations, restricted areas, and more. During deployment, we verify the on-site environment and design safe traffic flow.
What tasks can be configured for restaurants?
With the delivery model, you can combine food delivery, table clearing, patrolling, and item transport. Tasks involving interaction and display—such as welcoming guests, introducing dishes, and facility guidance—are supported by the signage model or configurations paired with Kebbi. Available features in Japan vary depending on configuration and contract terms, so please consult us via the contact form.
