Getting Started

Implementation Process

This outlines the process from initial consultation to full-scale deployment, common to all industries. For specific details on each task, please see the guide for each use case.

About This Page

What is described here is the general process common to all industries. Specific procedures for individual tasks—such as reception, food delivery, and roll calls—are organized into separate guides for each use case.

Implementation Process

  1. Define objectives and tasks to assign. Clarify whether the goal is freeing up staff, increasing customer interactions, or reducing back-and-forth trips.
  2. Check site conditions. This covers installation locations, aisle and floor conditions, power supply, network connectivity, and ambient noise levels.
  3. Select robot models and configuration. Choose Kebbi if interaction is central, Collibot if transport and movement are key, or combine both if you want seamless coverage from reception to the sales floor. The NUWA RaaS Suite—combining hardware, maintenance, and cloud tools—is included equally with every deployment, regardless of the number of units or locations.
  4. Design the dialogue and task flow. Because it is assembled using Roflow, no programming knowledge is required.
  5. Conduct trial operations. Identify hard-to-hear words, questions without prepared answers, and locations where the robot is prone to stopping.
  6. Transition to full-scale deployment and operate while updating content. Information provided by the robot can be modified later.

How to Consult with Us

If you let us know your operational details and intended installation locations, we will guide you through configuration options and the conditions that need to be verified. Please contact us via our inquiry form.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where should we start when reaching out for consultation?

Having just 2 points decided is sufficient: the tasks you want to delegate and the installation location. Based on these 2 points, we will guide you through configuration options and the conditions to verify on-site.

What scale is typical for pilot operations?

Starting with 1 unit at 1 location is standard. Once operations are established, you can expand to more locations and units.

Do we need staff who can program?

No, you do not. Dialogue and task flows are configured in Roflow. Connection via API is only considered when integration with existing systems is required.
