Common Challenges

At exhibitions, a limited staff must simultaneously explain exhibits to visitors who stop by and call out to attendees walking through the aisles. Presentation content may also change during the event, making paper materials alone insufficient to keep up.

What You Can Delegate to Kebbi

Implementation Steps

  1. Determine booth traffic lines, where to place Kebbi, and the range for speaking to visitors.
  2. Register explanations for each exhibit in Roflow and link the materials to be displayed on screen.
  3. Establish conditions for calling staff (such as requests for specific business discussions) in advance.
  4. Designate a person in charge of updates in case presentation details change during the exhibition.

Key Operational Points

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the collaboration with Collibot work specifically?

In this configuration, Kebbi handles reception, stationary guidance, answering questions, and exhibit introductions, while Collibot takes over guidance involving movement, patrols, and advertising displays. Handing over tasks after reception is configured in advance.

Collaboration settings are configured on cloud tools, allowing task design and conversation settings to be standardized.

If presentation content changes during the exhibition, can it be modified on the spot?

It can be updated from no-code cloud tools. When exhibiting multiple units, updates can be distributed in batch using RMS.

Can it pick up visitors' voices even in noisy venues?

It supports a 4-digital-microphone array, AIVC (smart noise cancellation), beamforming, and sound source localization. Indicating where to speak from using floor markings or similar guides helps ensure more stable performance.

Can we use it for short-term exhibitions or request additional units?

Terms for usage duration and unit quantities vary depending on the project. Please contact us with your event dates, venue, and required number of units.
