TAP Co., Ltd.'s TAP Hospitality Lab Okinawa (THL) is a verification and research hub dedicated to testing robot utilization and system integration for next-generation hotel operations. Installed at the entrance counter, Kebbi guides visitors according to the purpose of their visit, such as lodging, cafe, shop, and coworking. Going forward, plans also include testing in-room applications and integration with hotel systems and various robots.
