Kebbi the Homebot – Warranty Policy for the US Market

1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies to Kebbi the Homebot purchased in the United States. NUWA Robotics warrants that Kebbi the Homebot will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original retail purchase.

  • If the product exhibits any performance issues listed in the “Product Performance Failure Table” within 30 days of receiving it, and these issues are confirmed by our after-sales service center, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
  • If the product exhibits any performance issues listed in the “Product Performance Failure Table” within 12 months of receiving it, and these issues are confirmed by our after-sales service center, you are eligible for an exchange.
  • Movable components (motors, motor wires, and motor gears) may experience wear and tear due to usage frequency and duration. This normal wear and tear, not caused by human factors, is covered under warranty for six months, during which you are eligible for an exchange.
  • The battery is a consumable item, and its capacity and performance may degrade due to usage frequency and duration. This normal wear and tear, not caused by human factors, is covered under warranty for six months, during which you are eligible for an exchange.

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges or natural disasters.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken ports.

Kebbi the Homebot – Return and Exchange Policy for the US Market

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Kebbi the Homebot. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

1. Return and Exchange Period

You may return or exchange your Kebbi the Homebot within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team. You will need to provide your proof of purchase and explain the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
