Candy Poppy seeks to expand cross-industry collaborations using new technology to attract customers and boost brand recall. NUWA recommends three products – Kebbi, Collibot Ad, and Collibot Service – for customized service processes. Here’s what our clients have experienced:
1. Process Planning and Goal Setting
Given the large booth located along the main aisle, NUWA provided two “Kebbi” robots for stationary reception, a “Collibot Service” for mobile sampling, and a “Collibot Ad” for dynamic ad displays. Each robot was assigned specific service goals and tailored service processes for their designated areas.
2. Brand-Integrated Robots
Introducing “Poppy-chan”! Dressed in uniforms identical to those of Candy Poppy staff, these robots serve as brand ambassadors, offering customers a consistent service experience. Additionally, an AI-generated Candy Poppy theme song, coupled with the robots’ lively dance and expressions, makes them a 100% effective tool for attracting customers.
3. Designing Interactive Questionnaires to Gather Information
Unlike traditional surveys, the robots, paired with the “Roflow” tool, can create game-like questionnaires. This not only reduces the discomfort customers may feel about sharing personal information but also enhances their goodwill and brand recall, thanks to the robots’ unique, cute voices and engaging movements.
