Yes, Kebbi’s camera uses the cloud to send data back to the system, but all content remains private and is only accessible to you. It is not shared with others.
If you have privacy concerns about photos or videos, you can request their deletion through the links provided in the Privacy Policy.
Will Kebbi receive updates after purchase?
Yes, Kebbi will receive regular online updates to optimize its features. Once connected to the network, Kebbi will automatically display update alerts. If you prefer, you can disable automatic update notifications.
Does Kebbi need to be connected to a mobile app to function?
Most features of Kebbi do not require connection to a mobile app. However, we offer three dedicated apps: NuwaSpace, CodeLab, and NUWA Contact
• NuwaSpace: Use it for video remote control, browsing photo albums, managing family members, and more.
• CodeLab: Learn programming and explore creative coding features.
• NUWA Contact: Allows you to add contacts between robots and other devices (such as smartphones or tablets) to make voice and video calls.
What should I do if Kebbi suddenly stops working during use?
• Check for motor error prompts: If there is an error prompt on the screen, follow the instructions provided.
• Check for drop prevention prompts: If a drop prevention message appears, move Kebbi to a safe place and resolve the issue accordingly.
Where are Kebbi’s photos and videos stored? Is there a sharing feature?
Currently, Kebbi only takes pictures, and these photos are stored in the cloud.
You can browse, share, download, and delete photos using the NuwaSpace App via Nuwa’s album feature.
Can I remotely control Kebbi to move around and interact with my family via video?
Absolutely! You can use your phone, tablet, or similar device to call Kebbi at home through NUWA Contact.
During the video call, you can control Kebbi’s movements (forward, backward, left, right) and send emojis from Kebbi’s exclusive collection to make the conversation more engaging.
What should I do if Kebbi and my phone or computer are connected to the network, but the phone or computer can’t connect Kebbi?
Ensure that Kebbi and your mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi access point and that the connection is stable.
