Conversation Experience Upgrade: NUWA GenAI Is Now More Responsive!

We have upgraded the GenAI conversation experience in NUWA Brain. Through the Roflow “Context-Aware Dialogue” module, interactions are now more immediate, smoother, and more relevant. We have also introduced a new “Conversation goals” mechanism, allowing Kebbi to evolve from an information kiosk into a task-guiding assistant that can advance through different branching flows based on conversation goals, further enhancing the overall service experience.

This upgrade allows “thinking” and “responding” to happen in parallel. Kebbi can reply to users within 3–5 seconds while simultaneously completing retrieval and response organization.

• More immediate responses：Users receive an initial reply right away, reducing silent waiting time.
• Smoother conversations：With the brain thinking and responding at the same time, users know they have been heard, so the interaction feels uninterrupted.
• More accurate content: Additional time for retrieval and organization helps improve response quality.

• Conversation goals setting：Define a clear conversation goal for the module, so responses do more than answer questions, they actively move the interaction toward the intended objective, improving consistency in guidance.
• Task conditions evaluation：After setting success and failure conditions, the system can determine the appropriate task outcome based on the conversation, keeping the flow controlled and stable.
• Module image setup: Supports adding images into the dialogue flow, enabling “image-based conversation” interactions to strengthen the guided experience and improve goal-oriented communication.

1. NUWA GenAI Points must be purchased.
2. Available to users who have already purchased Roflow and Trainkit 2.0.

1. Create a Trainkit GenAI project.
2. Create a project in Roflow and select the “Context-Aware Dialogue” module.
3. Enable the GenAI project within the module and complete the module settings.
4. Deploy the Roflow project to the robot to experience the new interactive dialogue.
