Kebbi the Homebot – Warranty Policy for the US Market<\/p>\n<\/div>

1. Warranty Coverage<\/p>\n<\/div>

This limited warranty applies to Kebbi the Homebot purchased in the United States. NUWA Robotics warrants that Kebbi the Homebot will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original retail purchase.<\/span>

  • If the product exhibits any performance issues listed in the “Product Performance Failure Table” within <\/span>30 days<\/b><\/span> of receiving it, and these issues are confirmed by our after-sales service center, you are eligible for <\/span>a return or exchange<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If the product exhibits any performance issues listed in the “Product Performance Failure Table” within 12 months of receiving it, and these issues are confirmed by our after-sales service center, you are eligible for <\/span>an exchange<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Movable components (motors, motor wires, and motor gears) may experience wear and tear due to usage frequency and duration.   • The battery is a consumable item, and its capacity and performance may degrade due to usage frequency and duration.       We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Kebbi the Homebot. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy\uff1a<\/span>
